When working with estimates and work orders, remove items from the labor and parts screen and display pricing without removing work that's been entered into your original document. Add and remove line items as needed while displaying the invoice cost to a customer (helpful if the customer is shopping the work or has limited funds). When finished, simply hit the reset button and all line items will display.

Generate future business with the Recommendations module. Track declined services by retaining that information within a customer's estimate or invoice. Run reports against this information and use the data to increase sales by emailing or calling customers to encourage future appointments to complete recommended services.

Tire worksheets display tire size, description, vendor, and price. Several optional fee lines are included for stems, caps, or any other fees you wish to include. Also view available stock and pricing. If multiple pricing is applicable, you'll see that too, along with a choice of sale matrixes.

The Accounting module stores history and account data. RVIW can be linked to QuickBooks Pro and to AccountEdge (formerly known as MYOB).

Add, change, and delete inventory part information.
